This 12" high circa 1860-80 watch holder Staffordshire figure is a very charming piece with a shepherd, shepherdess holding a lamb and a dog. The bad news is that most of the watch holder in the back is missing which you can see in the second photo--this would be an easy repair. The piece is being sold "as is" and is priced accordingly.
