A 3" high by 3" wide gaudy welsh mug in the lovely Forget-Me-Not pattern. The pearlware glaze suggests an early manufacture date of 1830 to 1840. The colors are orange, blue and mint green as well as pink and copper lustre. The piece is beautifully molded and condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. I was told the mug was made in Swansea, Wales.
