A large beautifully printed dark blue pearlware teapot in the Wilkie Series by James and Ralph Clews circa 1825. The title of the pattern is Christmas Eve and the man and woman are pulling the Christmas cracker. The pot is being sold as is so please look at all of the photos. Luckily, this wonderful pot is an excellent shelf piece. This would be a lovely addition to either a teapot or dark blue collection.
