Known as Birds of Prey, this pearlware cup and 5-1/2" saucer is printed with eagles and other birds of prey. The form is lovely with a scalloped edge on the cup and saucer. The two pieces are being sold as is. There are hairlines in the saucer and the cup. Look at the photos--there are five--for details. The pieces are beautifully printed and the pattern is rare. They display much better than the condition sounds. The cup and saucer were made in Staffordshire around 1825.
