This 3-3/4" dark blue floral cup plate was probably made in Staffordshire around 1825. It is a piece of a floral pattern that covers a teapot that is in this catalog. If you'd like to see the entire pattern take a look at the teapot--00-2999. It is fun to see what the cutter took from the pattern to place on a small piece. The pattern is beautifully printed in a rich, dark blue. Condition is excellent. |
