I couldn't decide whether to put this 4" pearlware cup plate in this category or the Prattware category. The plate is printed in blue under the glaze and painted over the glaze in high fire colors of blue, orange, brown and green. The edge of the plate is finely molded in a feather and bar design. Condition of this unusual piece is excellent. It was probably made in Staffordshire between 1810 and 1820.
