Plate, 9.75 inches. The "Vignette" series, which was made by John Bagster in Staffordshire around 1820, has central patterns of rural scenes surrounded by a lush border of roses and ribbons. This scene depicts a shepherd and his sheep. I have many of these plates. Condition of all of the plates is excellent. They are being sold separately.
