Made by Henshall & Co. in Staffordshire around 1825, this 12-3/4" by 10" platter is printed in medium to dark blue in the popular series entitled British Views. Each size and shape in this series has a different central view. This one is on Beaumont Lodge. I have two other platters in this series in this catalog. There is a popped air bubble and several scratches on the face of the platter. Appearance is excellent with no cracks, chips or restoration.
