Made by J. Meigh & Son in Staffordshire (1812-1832), this 8-1/2" plate is printed in black with a ring-tailed lemur. It is part of a dinner service that depicts different animals on each size and shape. The birds in the border appear to be different on each size also. I have 33 pieces in this service.
