Made by J. Meigh & Son in Staffordshire (1812-1832), this 11-1/4" by 9" open vegetable dish is printed in black with kangaroos. It is part of a dinner service that depicts different animals on each size and shape. The birds in the border appear to be different on each size also. I have 33 pieces in this service. Other than a stabilized internal hairline (below, but not near the rim), condition of this veg is excellent. Appearance is also excellent. Take a look at the photos for the details. |
