Made in Staffordshire around 1820 by the Minton Factory, this 9"pearlware soup bowl is printed in medium to dark blue with a lovely pattern known as Fisherman. Although the pattern resembles a Chinoiserie pattern, it is more of a transitional pattern, with its English looking people, dogs and flowers. Take a look at the photos for the details.
