This lovely 11 piece ironstone dessert service was probably made in Staffordshire around 1830. Although the pattern number, 122, is painted on the back, the maker is unknown. The eight 8-1/2" plates and three handled cake plates are printed in underglaze blue and painted over the glaze in burnt orange, yellow, pink, and green. Condition of all of the pieces is excellent, with no cracks, repairs or chips. The service can be used for a dessert party! Take a look at all of the photos for the details.
