This 9" plate is printed in pink/red with the pattern "Clyde Scenery". This is a serial pattern, with each size having a different central view. The River Clyde runs through Glasgow, and thus, the patterns are views of Glasgow. Condition of this plate is excellent. It was made by John and Job Jackson in Staffordshire around 1835. |
