This 8.25 inch pearlware plate is printed with a pattern that is part of a large series depicting sporting scenes and animals. Each size and shape has a different center pattern. The zebra is one of the rarer patterns. Although there are no cracks, chips or repairs, there is some minor scratching to the center. This is mostly obvious when tilted in the light. The plate was made by Enoch Wood & Sons around 1825. |
