Found on an 8 inch plate, this pattern is part of a large series that depicts different botanical patterns on each size and shape. The plate is beautifully printed and thinly potted. There is no footrim. The plate was probably made around 1820. Although the plate looks perfect, there is a 1/2 inch line on the back that is hidden in the border on the front.
